Since the implementation of eTech’s Survey Hub into our Head Office at Bolton, we have seen a marked increase in our productivity and a significant reduction in manual intervention. The booking system is clear and easy to use and the introduction of the call to click facility enables our booking team to contact more clients and book more appointments which in turn gives better availability to major clients.
