Surveyor receives appointment instructions from Survey Hub onto the iPad. All data, photographic and sketch evidence is constructed into a consistent electronic report, formatted in accordance with the Lender requirements through SMART Survey. All electronic documentation is stored in Survey Hub with easy access for auditing and PVQs. Panel Managers and Surveying Firms provide property risk oversight and management throughout the process. Solicitor completes a series of checks ensuring the borrower’s identity and provenance is proven and the property is legally transferred to the new owner or the title deeds are suitably updated.
