Steve Gilmore from NEC Energy Services Ltd, based on Sutton Coldfield, kindly dropped by the eTech office in Solihull yesterday to receive his £50 Amazon voucher prize.

 

Steve was our February prize draw winner after submitting his customer feedback. The prize draw happens every month for eTech customers who use the customer support helpline and subsequently provide feedback on the service received in the form of a short online survey. These customers are entered into a prize draw and each month the winner receives a £50 Amazon voucher.

 

Steve’s business has been in operation since 2009 and he has been using eTech software for the past 6 years. Steve works across the Midlands with a range of clients including Estate Agents and private customers. He currently uses the eTech SMART Survey and the Floor Plan App. Steve commented: “When I got the call from Sharon McMenamin from eTech I couldn’t believe I’d won something, it was a fantastic surprise. I was working in the Solihull area and decided rather than have the voucher posted to me, I would pop in a pick it up myself as it presented an opportunity to meet the eTech team. It’s good to know that as a customer of eTech my feedback is valued.”

 

Des Suckling, Support Team Manager and Sharon McMenamin, Support Analyst at eTech were delighted to present Steve with his prize face to face. eTech are continually looking for ways to improve the customer experience and customer feedback is a vital part of this process. All eTech customers who use the support helpline could be in with a chance to win, by simply completing the short online survey once their support case has been closed.
