The person

We cultivate a fast paced and challenging environment which allows enthusiastic self-starters to thrive. We’re looking for:

It’s good if…

We don’t necessarily expect the successful candidate to tick all of these boxes, but the following are some areas where you’ll be expected to have (or quickly gain) strong credentials

We’re really excited if…

You’re passionate about working with new web technologies and proactive about your own learning and development. Above all, we want candidates to be passionate about technology, to be working on their own projects and to be up for learning new things every day. Our developers are proactive and always looking at new technologies themselves outside of working hours – recently a group has been looking at Docker.

What we offer

We provide a fantastic working environment and like to ensure our team feels valued. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) to new recruits, increasing to 28 through length of service. We started enrolling colleagues onto our pension scheme ahead of our mandated staging date, and offer competitive life assurance at 4x salary. We provide regular in-house training such as tech talks, technical book clubs and pair programming. We also support developers to gain MCSD certification. Little things like free breakfast make a big difference to colleagues’ mornings, and we have a great social side to the business with various activities to suit everyone.
