SMART Work Manager

SMART Work Manager provides a fully integrated, web-based platform that supports the scheduling and management of any survey instruction in real time. Whether you are an independent DEA, an employer of DEAs, a Panel Manager or Social Housing Provider, SMART Work Manager has the flexibility and functionality to maximise and maintain your operational efficiency.

SMART Work Manager provides the Independent DEA with a single web-based instruction platform that can be made available to all your instructing clients. The passing of instructions by phone, text, fax or email is replaced with a client accessed web-based instruction platform. SMART Work Manager pushes jobs or job requests directly to your eTech PDA in addition to populating an on-line diary maintained by eTech.

SMART Work Manager comes into its own for those who manage two or more DEAs. Job distribution and allocation is supported with the tracking of jobs in real time. With a live link to PDAs in the field, SMART Work Manager has the ability to track the DEA’s travel and arrival at site, completion of survey and onward journey to next destination. When an appointment is booked, the PRRN, address and any appointment notes are sent directly to the PDA, pre-populating the property details into SMART EPC.

KPIs can be viewed on a global or per surveyor basis with master views of all instructions statuses. SMART Work Manager delivers a customisable reports package which can include indicators ranging from instructions that are over 3, 5 or 7 days old to a full graphic dashboard of daily instructions received over a 30 day period.

SMART Work Manager can be integrated to accept any inbound electronic instruction feed from a client’s systems with a closed loop link back into the client system carrying the survey output, EPC RRNs or Floor Plan files etc.
