The passing of instructions by phone, text, fax or email is replaced with a client
accessed website with your branding. SMART Work Manager pushes jobs or job requests
directly to your eTech PDA in addition to populating an on-line diary. For non PDA
users, email and text message alerts are sent.
Using the latest Silverlight technology from Microsoft, you can view appointments both in diary
format and displayed on a map. Using the mapping interface, new instructions are displayed alongside
the existing appointments to enable travel time and cost to be minimised when booking a job. If
instructions are being allocated to more than one surveyor in a team, the existing appointments
of all members of the team can be viewed at a given time through the mapping interface, enabling
the closest surveyor with available time to be identified and the job allocated accordingly.

SMART Work Manager also manages your invoicing, producing invoices to your requirements and
outputs the data you need for your accounting package, eliminating re-keying of data.
