SMART EPC enables you to focus on the quality of your inspections. We remove the
monotony of EPC report writing, scanning of site plans and field sheets and the uploading
and annotation of photos. By focussing your resources on the inspection, we aim to enable
the full time Energy Assessor to complete an extra EPC per day.
SMART EPC ensures your site notes for every inspection are complete, legible and
automatically stored on eTech’s secure on-line database for access by you or your
Certification Scheme. By removing the need for double entry of information, the likelihood
of introducing errors is reduced.
SMART EPC provides support where you need it most – on site. Features on the PDA
include access to the fully updated Boiler Efficiency Database, help and support files including
the key RdSAP Conventions, and alerts if an area of the inspection is omitted from the data
captured on site.
The PDA delivers a range of additional features to support the Energy Assessor. These
include full mobile phone functionality, a GPS receiver in conjunction with TomTom navigation,
‘push' email with the capability for live calendar and diary management.
