This means that Property Agents using GMG Property Services’ Core Systems or Vebra Solutions can order an EPC from within their software at the click of a button. When the EPC is completed, SMART Work Manager automatically populates the software and the Property Particulars with the EPC graphs. In addition, Agents can track progress from new instruction, to appointment booked, to completion within their software.

G4S Utility Services (UK) Ltd are the leading provider of technical and non technical electricity and gas metering services. One of their new services is to complete energy performance certificates (EPCs) through their own extensive network of employed Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs). EPCs are delivered using handheld technology provided by the leading provider of EPC software, eTech Solutions. The field based DEAs use eTech’s SMART EPC with instructions sent and received dynamically via eTech’s SMART Work Manager. EPCs are supplied to a wide range of clients including local authorities, letting agents, estate agents, housing associations, landlords and private home owners.
