DEAs are ideally placed to provide floor plans for Estate Agents sales particulars. In addition to generating extra income alongside the EPC, floor plans offer a major point of difference amongst EPC providers.

eTech have teamed up with The Mobile Agent to deliver SMART Floor plan and enable DEAs to generate full floor plans with property descriptions on-site using the SMART EPC handheld PDAs.

Plans are built up room by room on the PDA, measuring and shaping rooms as you go. A full range of building components can be added from pictorial symbols. Features such as multiple floors, irregular shapes and garden plots are all provided for. SMART Floor Plan downloads the plan from the PDA to a Desktop application where further alterations can be made if required.

Completed floor plans can be emailed to your client or accessed by your client on-line. Plans are compatible with existing estate agent back office systems such as Dez Rez, Encore, Vebra, Solex, CFP and CSL.

SMART Floor Plan is supported by a full interactive on-line training tool and face to face training courses.

SMART Floor Plan is compatible with the P6500 and X7500 PDA devices.
